Cabin - Unreal engine
Here’s a glimpse of my latest environment design created in Unreal Engine as part of my final assignment for the Environment class (Semester 2).
I aimed to build a peaceful forest/farmhouse setting with a touch of natural elevation using hills and mountains in the background. While most foliage, trees, and landscape materials were sourced from Fab and other platforms (huge thanks to the asset creators!), the hero cabin was fully modeled in Maya and textured in Substance Painter by me from scratch. The concept was based on a reference image found online which I have uploaded below.

Houdini for Pre-viz
With a tight deadline and rendering issues, I had to optimize the final renders quickly for submission. I'm planning to revisit this scene soon for improved lighting, atmosphere, sky/weather variations, and better optimization.
Grateful for the learning experience this gave me and excited to level up further from here!
